Brian Bateman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York. Brian is responsible for Business Development, Operations, Quality Control and Project Management here at MGE. He has experience designing many types of HVAC equipment including cooling towers, chillers, boilers, steam converters, heat exchangers, air conditioning split and VRF systems, packaged air conditioning units and heat pumps and has designed a large variety of piping and ductwork distribution systems associated with such equipment. He also has a vast knowledge of the functionality and controllability of not only the systems he designs, but also existing systems that he comes across in the field. His motivation lies in his desire to provide innovative solutions with energy efficiency and client needs in mind.
